In this 3 session course with Jan Day, you will explore the ways you create deep connection with yourself and with others, and how you can build fulfilling partnerships.

Whether you have already found a partner to share your life with or not, you can benefit from learning how to increase intimacy, how to communicate in a way that creates connection and how to form and maintain a partnership. All three evenings will be a mix of Jan introducing the topic, explorations in breakout groups and Q & A dialogue/follow-up.
