The Gift: Being Man, Being Woman

A Transformational Vacation at Cortijo-Romero
Spain's leading centre for alternative holidays

10th - 17th May 2014

led by Jan Day

Open to new possibilities in relating and intimacy
Free yourself to living fully as man or woman

The Gift: Being Man, Being Woman is a carefully guided journey back through your significant relationships to the beginning of your life. It is designed to restore and awaken inner resources that you have lost or put to sleep as you grew up, and to help you learn to enjoy your life and relationships free of the influence of old patterns.

It offers a way both to experience and appreciate the gift of your own unique being as man or woman and to bring more joy and ease into your connections with others.

The journey invites you to learn to feel and honour your own boundaries so that you can meet others in a deeper trust and openness. You explore your unique expression of being a man or woman, including your natural desires, excitement, fears, innocence, playfulness, sensuality and sexuality … all that it means to be fully alive as a man or woman.

Throughout the workshop there is a focus on:
• developing our sensitivity to ourselves and what we are experiencing
• allowing ourselves to be, and to be seen
• developing love and acceptance for ourselves
• becoming aware of the ways we shut down

The process includes guided journeys and processes, touch and nurturing physical contact with others, trance, dance, guided meditations and sharing circles.

How far and how deeply you travel is really up to you. The Gift: Being Man, Being Woman is a way to come to love your being and your life; it can help you re-connect with your own unique spiritual journey and create your life and relationships free of self-limiting patterns.
